All products sold by APEX 100 Research are manufactured in the United States and are for research use only. Orders are processed and shipped from our California facility in accordance with standard research supply protocols.

Shipping Policy

All products sold by APEX 100 Research are manufactured in the United States and are for research use only. They are not intended for human consumption. Orders are processed and shipped from our California facility in accordance with standard research supply protocols.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours or the next business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or California state holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

APEX 100 Research ships exclusively via FedEx from our California location using FedEx Express 2-Day cold chain service. Standard domestic shipping typically arrives within 2–3 business days after processing.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the initial scan. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. APO/FPO addresses may be accommodated — please contact us before placing your order.

International Shipping

At this time, APEX 100 Research ships within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. APEX 100 Research is not responsible for delays, undeliverable packages, or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at the customer’s expense.
