What purity level are your peptides?
All APEX 100 Research peptides are verified at ≥99% purity by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Every batch is independently tested by U.S.-based third-party laboratories before release.
How can I verify the purity of my order?
Every vial ships with a unique batch number. Use that number to access the full Certificate of Analysis (COA) on our
COA page or email
support@apex100research.com with your order number.
Are your products manufactured in the USA?
Yes. All APEX 100 Research products are synthesized and filled in the United States under ISO-certified protocols using pharmaceutical-grade amino acids.
What testing methods do you use?
We use orthogonal analytical HPLC for purity verification and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) to confirm molecular identity. Fill weight is verified by independent gravimetric analysis.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly — typically within 24 hours. If you need to modify or cancel, contact us immediately at
support@apex100research.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been picked and packed.
Do I need to create an account to order?
Yes — account creation is required to place an order. We do not offer guest checkout. Creating an account lets you track order history, manage your information, and re-order quickly. You must be 21+ and confirm research-use intent at registration.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and shipped via FedEx Express 2-Day cold chain service. You can expect delivery within 2–3 business days after processing. See our

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only (all 50 states). We are working on expanding international availability — check back for updates.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a FedEx tracking number by email. You can also use our
Order Tracking page with your order ID and billing email.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research-grade compounds, all sales are final once shipped. Refunds are available for damaged items (reported within 48 hours with photo evidence), wrong items shipped, or orders not received within 14 business days. See our full

How do I request a refund?

support@apex100research.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
