Purity Guarantee

Every lot we ship is tested by an independent US laboratory — HPLC for purity, mass spectrometry for identity — and the Certificate of Analysis is published before you buy.

If you have your vial tested at an accredited independent laboratory and the report identifies the APEX 100 product and lot number and shows purity below 95%, we will replace the affected item at no charge.

We set the threshold at 95% because independent laboratories routinely differ by a point or two on the same sample — different columns, different methods, different operators. A result a fraction under the COA figure is normal analytical variance. A result below 95% is not, and that is on us.

Damage, Wrong Item, or Non-Delivery

We will replace your order if:

• It arrived damaged — send photos of the vial and the shipping package within 48 hours of delivery
• You received the wrong item — photos of what arrived, within 48 hours
• It never arrived — if tracking shows no delivery 14 business days after shipment confirmation, we will open a carrier investigation and replace the order once the carrier confirms the loss

Where an item is out of stock and we cannot replace it, we will refund it instead.

What We Cannot Cover

APEX 100 products are research-grade compounds — temperature-sensitive, sterility-controlled, and dependent on unbroken chain of custody. Once a vial has left our control and been opened or stored outside its specified conditions, we cannot verify its integrity, and we will not resell it to anyone. So we cannot cover:

• Opened, used, or unsealed vials, except under the purity guarantee above
• Products stored outside the conditions printed on the label
• Claims made more than 30 days after confirmed delivery
• More than one replacement of the same item and size per order

How to Make a Claim

Email support@apex100research.com with your order number, the lot number from the vial label, a description of the issue, and photos or a laboratory report where they apply. We respond within one business day.

We may confirm the laboratory issued the report and that the lot number matches our records before approving a replacement.

Approved replacements ship the next business day. Where a refund applies, it returns to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
