What is in the GLOW blend

GLOW is a triple-peptide research blend — GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 — co-lyophilized in a single 70 mg vial at 50 mg, 10 mg and 10 mg respectively.

The three components are structurally unrelated and are normally studied separately. GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide; BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid sequence derived from a protein found in gastric juice; TB-500 is a thymosin β4 peptide (CAS 77591-33-4), associated with actin binding. They are supplied as a blend rather than as a single molecule.

Co-lyophilisation matters practically: all three peptides reconstitute from one vial in one step, so the ratio between them is fixed at manufacture rather than by pipetting three separate stocks. Nothing on this page should be read as a claim that the combination produces any particular result.

Blend components

Component 01

GHK-Cu

A copper-binding tripeptide (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine complexed with copper(II)). CAS 89030-95-5. Supplied here at 50 mg per vial, HPLC-verified to ≥99%. It is the largest component of the blend by mass.

Component 02

BPC-157

A 15-amino-acid peptide (a pentadecapeptide) derived from a sequence identified in gastric juice. CAS 137525-51-0. Supplied here at 10 mg per vial, HPLC-verified to ≥99%.

Component 03

TB-500

A thymosin β4 peptide, CAS 77591-33-4, associated with actin binding. Supplied here at 10 mg per vial, HPLC-verified to ≥99%.

GLOW: published literature

The references below concern the individual components, not this blend. All three peptides have been studied principally in laboratory and animal models; none is an approved drug, and the GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 combination has not been evaluated as a combination in published clinical trials. They are cited as literature — APEX 100 Research makes no claim about outcomes, efficacy or suitability for any purpose.

GLOW Blend (GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500) 70 mg research vial

Common questions

What is in the GLOW blend?

One 70 mg vial containing GHK-Cu (50 mg), BPC-157 (10 mg) and TB-500 (10 mg), co-lyophilized together. Catalogue SKU A100-BBG70.

What does ≥99% HPLC purity mean?

High-performance liquid chromatography separates the sample into its components and measures each as a proportion of the total. ≥99% means the target peptide accounts for at least 99% of the material by that method. The chromatogram showing this is included in the lot’s COA.

Can I see the COA before ordering?

Yes. Sample documentation is on our COA page, and we will send the specific COA for any lot on request — before or after purchase.

Is this a drug product?

No. This material is supplied strictly as a research material. It is not a drug product and is not for human consumption.

How is this shipped?

Sourced and shipped within the United States, typically 2-day delivery. Lyophilized peptides are stable in transit; refrigerate on arrival.

Why are both peptides in one vial?

They are co-lyophilized, so the 10 mg : 10 mg ratio is fixed at manufacture and both reconstitute in a single step. It removes the pipetting error involved in combining two separate stocks.

GLOW Purity & COA

Every lot is tested before release and ships with its own certificate of analysis. We publish the COA unredacted — including the lot number, the test date and the actual chromatogram — rather than a summary figure.

HPLC purity

High-performance liquid chromatography establishes purity against the ≥99% specification. The chromatogram is included in the COA, not just the resulting number.

Mass spectrometry

Identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry against the expected molecular weight of each component (GHK-Cu 340.384 g/mol, BPC-157 1419.556 g/mol, TB-500 4963 g/mol).

Lot traceability

Each vial’s lot number corresponds to a specific COA on file. Request the document for any lot you have received at any time.

Handling and storage

Supplied lyophilized. Standard laboratory handling for peptides of this class applies.

Lyophilized storage36–46 °F short term; −4 °F for extended storage, protected from light
ReconstitutionBacteriostatic water is the common choice for laboratory reconstitution. Add solvent slowly against the vial wall; do not inject directly onto the powder.
MixingSwirl gently until dissolved. Do not shake or vortex — mechanical agitation can shear peptide chains.
After reconstitutionRefrigerate at 36–46 °F. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
LightProtect from light at all stages.

These are general laboratory handling notes for a lyophilized peptide. They are not a protocol, and nothing on this page constitutes a dosing recommendation of any kind.
